Add a mid-sentence vs. new sentence detector

Please make it so that Monologue can detect if I’m starting a dictation in the middle of an existing sentence versus a completely new sentence. I find myself often wanting to add something to an existing sentence, but when I use Monologue for that, it always starts the sentence with a Captial letter. And then I manually have to edit it every time, which is a pain.
