change "copied app changed" to something else

The copy is confusing. It shouldn't lump those three into the same sentence.

I now understand that it activates when you are able to paste your output, the recent transcription, and that it's tracked that the app has changed, but adding that the app has changed is kind of confusing. I don't really see a need for it. I know the app's changed. I've changed it already.

What's important is the text box being highlighted when I go to paste it in. That normally happens immediately. So in this case, it's a case where it hasn't done that because the app has changed.
