Finally giving up

Apologies. I want to love this, but I can’t.

- Why is there nothing to the right of Hold to Record to indicate the button? Turns out it’s the same one you double-tap, which is only indicated below.
- Eats my esc button if I use that to cancel out. Even when it’s not focused, I can’t use esc anywhere else; no other button to cancel recording seems to trigger in time or work as well, so I get scrap recordings everywhere
- Constantly lose whole phrases, if not sentences, at the end of the recording, even if I hold the button down way past when I’m done talking
- Music interruption fails consistently, meaning I can’t tell if I’m ready to talk or not
- Check for updates fires intermittently, so my attempt to see if a new version fixes any of these just compiles frustration.

Appreciate this is hard, and you made a good run at it. Moving on until I see significant updates.
