Hotkey to toggle automatic enter

It would be super useful if there was a hotkey option to toggle the auto-enter feature. Sometimes when dictating a bulleted list, in Obsidian or Google Docs, I want to be able to have multiple thoughts go into a single bullet. Other times, I would like to just rapidly fire off bullets with auto-enter.
