macbook and iphone monologue is increasingly unresponsive

it’s being so slow and doesn’t capture what i’m saying accurately. It’s letting me speak out my idesa (being adhd this woudl be super useful as i tend to let go of what i say as soon as it’s out of my head!) but then the thought and process gets lost in the ether! help!
