macOS full-screen support

It would be great to have a native macOS full-screen button, alongside close and minimise.

I work heavily with Spaces and Mission Control, and full-screen support would allow Monologue to live in its own Space. That would materially improve focus and flow, especially during longer sessions.

Feels like a small addition with disproportionate UX upside.
