macOS, switching from internal to AirPods doesn't seem to work, at least in Slack.

Other things, if I'm using my internal speaker, everything works amazing. But I put my AirPods on, and it shows on the system thing that it's switched to AirPods. But when I hold the right option down, it doesn't actually do anything. At least this was a Slack thread. But I think I tried a Slack message, and I don't know if there are other areas where it's not working. But this one's working on the website, so I don't know what's going on. So AirPods do work, but in this case, for whatever reason, when I switched over, it wasn't working in Slack at the minimum.

The little Monologue, boxy, shows up and does Monologue-y things.

But again, of course, it's working here, so that makes sense.

The other thing I noticed, though, regardless, is that with my AirPods in, when I first press down the button, it's not giving me the little "bing" sound that it makes without my AirPods. But it does make the "bing" sound when I release the key. So if nothing else, at least that part is certainly not working, regardless of where I am with AirPods in.
