Monolgoue thinks I am a free subscriber when I have an Every subscription

Been using the app for a while. Almost 50,000 words so far. Last night I went into the app, looked at my account screen and then it blocked my usage. It’s trying to sell me a subscription. I am an Every subscriber and even upgraded to make sure I had unlimited usage. See the screenshot where is have ~49K words of my 1K allowance. How would I have racked up that many words if I were just a free user?
