Monologue changes the system input device

I have my system input device, but I have a different input device that I want dictation software to use. Unfortunately, Monologue changes my system input to whatever I have set for my Monologue input device. This breaks every other app that uses my mic.

Please don’t change the system input. Just quietly use whatever input I have set Monologue to use, and leave my system input alone.
