Monologue only transcribes 1 word from 10+ second clip

I don’t know why it’s been failing me lately but when I tried to use Monologue today two times in a row it just failed completely. I dictated for 12 seconds, and it only outputed a single word. I tried again, dictating for 23 seconds, and again it only outputed ONE word. Why does it do that?

I’m using the latest version of the app.
