Recording not saved / not transcribed / just disappeared

Monologue definitely started because I had the audio tone and I could see the waveform on my Mac.

I just recorded a roughly one‑minute discussion; it was not pasted into the app and it was not in transcripts either.

It's completely disappeared. I have a log I can send you; I'd be happy to.

But I'd never had Monologue lose anything from me before.
