Replace the microphone button everywhere in iOS

Monologue does intake whenever I hit the microphone button in any app.

Monologue iOS keyboard is great when I want to say something or capture a voice note, but because the keyboard is limited versus the iOS builtin keyboard, I am still defaulting to the regular keyboard, especially if I'm working in Slack or iMessage where I might want to 👍 or 💙 as often as I write. This issue isn't as big a deal in macOS because I have a dedicated button, but on my iPhone, I don't have that.
