"Right option key" Not an option, unable to change in settings

I’m sure it’s that my keyboard is mapped slightly weird but regardless whatever it expects as “right option key” I don’t have it on my keyboard. I’m on a mac studio with an external keyboard.

Having an option to change this hotkey would fix this. I just had to skip the onboarding and can’t use the hotkey.
