Something fishy - a chat agent with no title

Hello, is this part of Monologue? I randomly found it by pressing option+J. And it’s not clear what is the source of it? And what is the use of it?

But later when I shut Monologue app then it stopped. If this is part of monologue, can you atleast put a branding to it or atleast make it answer - ‘Who are you’?
