Starting recorder very unreliable

See, that 30% of invocations of recorder (double press of right Option key)

is failing = recorder starts and immediately cancels without reason

It really frustrating. A few days ago, I had no problems with this.
Now, every 3rd invocation of recorder is followed by automatic cancelation of recording.

I have the latest version of Monologue (updated lately),
and I am on MacOS Tahoe v26.2

I can send any logs, if you tell me how.
