Summary language does not match transcript

I recorded nine minutes on the iOS app, and the transcript is correct in English. But the summary is in Spanish. And I don't even speak Spanish well enough to choose Spanish as a setting! I don't know where this is coming from, and there's no way to change the summary into English or have it translated. This post may be similar to other language-related posts, but I've run a search and none of them talked about the difference between the transcript and the summary, which I find baffling.
