Support for non-HID shortcuts

First off: the title might not be a entierly correct, but I didn’t know how else to frame it.
In any case:

I've been using an Elgato Stream Deck Pedal with WisprFlow for a while. I have it set up with system shortcuts using F13, F14 and F15, which WisprFlow picks up no problem. But it seems like Monologue doesn’t pick up shortcuts in the same way (hence the title). Even if I set Monologue to use F13 from my keyboard (and it works using my keyboard), it will not pick up F13 from the pedal. Sad times :)
