I just downloaded the app for the first time from monologue.to/download, dragged to my /Applications directory, and double-clicked to open. The system popped up two alerts:
1.
"Monologue" Not Opened
Apple could not verify "Monologue" is free of malware that may harm your Mac or compromise your privacy.
2.
> The application "Monologue" can't be opened
I was able to bypass the first notarization error by going into Settings > Security and clicking “Open Anyway”, but the second “can’t be opened” error persists.
On an M4 Mac Studio running Tahoe 26.2
